We clean and inspect thousands of Atlanta chimneys every season, and we see what bad firewood does to a flue. That's why we teamed up with Reuven's Wood, a local, family-owned firewood supplier in Lawrenceville, GA, to deliver honest, full-measure cords of properly seasoned hardwood — the kind that burns hot and clean and keeps creosote down.
Wet or unseasoned wood smolders instead of burning. That low, smoky fire coats your flue with creosote — the tar-like buildup behind most chimney fires. Properly seasoned hardwood lights fast, burns hot, and leaves far less behind, so your annual sweep stays routine instead of a rescue.
