Living in northern Cherokee County means dealing with crisp mountain air and chilly winter nights that make a roaring fireplace a daily necessity. Many homes around Waleska feature traditional masonry fireplaces, wood-burning stoves, or outdoor fire pits well-suited for heavy wood use. Because of the heavily wooded terrain and large residential lots in this area, residents value seasoned hardwood that burns efficiently and cleanly without excessive creosote buildup. From historic homes near the city center to properties backing up to the foothills, heating with quality oak and hickory is a long-standing local tradition.
Delivering firewood to Waleska requires navigating winding two-lane country roads and occasional steep driveways characteristic of the local geography. Our delivery trucks frequently service properties throughout the Waleska Historic District as well as homes bordering the Lake Arrowhead community. We make every effort to dump your firewood safely and conveniently, keeping slope, gravel surfaces, and gate access in mind to protect your property.
Waleska sits about 23 miles from our Alpharetta base, well inside our regular Metro Atlanta route. Weekday and weekend slots are available, and most orders arrive within 2–3 business days.
