Oxford residents appreciate traditional living, and many historic homes feature original masonry fireplaces that see plenty of use during chilly Newton County winter nights. Properties often feature large, mature hardwood trees and generous lot sizes, making a crackling wood fire a natural choice for cozy evenings inside. Beyond indoor heating, homeowners frequently stock fire pits for gatherings during crisp autumn weekends. Because of the quieter, semi-rural character of the town, burning seasoned oak and hickory offers a reliable, high-BTU heat source that keeps traditional hearths running efficiently all season long.
Delivering firewood in Oxford involves navigating narrow historic streets, tree-canopied residential roads, and long driveways typical of older Newton County properties. Our trucks regularly service areas around the Oxford Historic District and Emory Street, carefully placing loads to protect your landscaping while ensuring easy access for unloading seasoned oak and hickory right where you need it.
