Properties around Nelson feature a mix of established rural homes, wooded acreage, and historic properties where wood heat is a way of life rather than just a weekend luxury. Because this area sits right at the edge of the mountains, winter nights bring sharp drops in temperature that make a reliable wood stove or open masonry fireplace essential. Burning seasoned oak and hickory provides the steady, long-burning heat needed to keep older farmhouses and modern foothill homes comfortable through the coldest months.
Delivering firewood to properties across Nelson and surrounding areas like Marble Hill often involves navigating winding foothill roads, gravel driveways, and sloped terrain. Our delivery team is experienced in handling rural routes and tight turnarounds, ensuring your cord wood is safely unloaded as close to your storage area or wood line as vehicle access safely allows.
Nelson sits about 22 miles from our Alpharetta base, well inside our regular Metro Atlanta route. Weekday and weekend slots are available, and most orders arrive within 2–3 business days.
