Rome features a wonderful mix of historic Victorian and Craftsman homes near the downtown district, alongside rural acreage and suburban lots extending out toward Floyd County. Because the city sits where three rivers meet in the valley, winter dampness and chilly drafts off the surrounding ridges make a roaring fireplace a daily necessity. Whether you are firing up a traditional masonry hearth in a historic residence or managing a wood stove in a newer build, seasoned oak and hickory provide the steady, long-lasting heat needed for North Georgia winters.
Bringing bulk firewood up from Metro Atlanta to Floyd County requires navigating everything from tight historic drives near East Rome to longer rural routes out in Armuchee. Our delivery truck handles gravel paths, sloped terrain, and standard residential drop-offs with care. We work closely with you to place your seasoned oak and hickory stacks in a convenient, accessible location on your property.
